We are looking for applicants having 0-2 years of experience in Business Development (Inside Sales) role from Software Development /IT Sales/Inside Sales/Sales Candidates from Software Development Background keen to move in Business Development can also apply. Candidates should have Strong Technical or Software Sales Experience, Good communication skills, decent negotiator, convincing and client servicing skills.

Role & Responsiblities:

  • Candidate with good knowledge about up work, freelance, elance, guru, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Should be able to set up and maintain portfolios on these websites and get projects.
  • Understand the prospect/ clients pain points. Generating Leads and Building the Sales Pipeline.
  • Understanding the client's organization, technologies, products, and domain.
  • Preparing the sales pitch based on their pain points and our value proposition.
  • Responsible for getting New Leads/Requirements and maintaining Existing Clients to enhance Business relations.
  • Follow-up with The Clients on the Progress.
  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects. Sending Business proposals, presenting them new concepts & services of our company
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with current clients and their management teams by providing information, guidance, and support; recommending service and profit improvements; and recommending new opportunities.
  • Lead and coordinate contract negotiations for a successful close.
